About 2h per night. Used to sleep 7 now i sleep 5 

x 30 days that's about 50 - 60 hours of sleep

Literally, im so sleepy right now BUT I MUST REPLY

I haven’t lost any sleep but it has down in the way of day to day things cause I can’t peel myself away once I start on here
