Ok, time to ask for some help - been trying to get the hang of this place through using and so far when I try to search for information I get generic info about what Farcaster is, is there a docs of tut out there that really goes over some of the concepts here that's fairly complete? Things I'm still not getting:

Would love a nice complete tut or YT vid, etc, on the intricacies or even a nice sum up just on here if someone has the time - very appreciated if anyone had the time/link : )

Also, how the hell do I access some of these dapps? I can't seem to find my "login with mobile" scanner in WC or FQ, is there something I'm missing/what is my FID and is it akin to a public address or should I treat that like a secret key?

What exactly are "Frames" - are they just built in micro applications? Are they just standard dapps but like default included ones?

Creator tokens (I think that's what they're called) - I think I minted one but I don't understand because somone commented for others to "watch out" for obscure tokens (I assume like mine) - I thought I was just making my PFP official or something. Can anyone give me a simple rundown on what's going on there or link to one because again I'm only finding generic descriptions of that as a feature that exists and really no further breakdown.
