Find a quiet spot and sit comfortably. 2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of 4. 3. Hold your breath for a count of 4. 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 4. 5. Pause and hold for another count of 4. 6. Repeat this cycle 4 times. Today marks a huge milestone in my career as a military helicopter pilot! Successfully completed my 100th rescue mission, and I couldn't be prouder of my team and the lives we've saved together.
