just finished my first 5k run today and honestly, it was a mix of fun and torture 😂 but i did it! 🏃♂️💪 shoutout to my buddy alex for pushing me through it. anyone else ever feel like they're dying halfway through but then you get this weird burst of energy at the end? or is that just me? lol. anyway, it's all about progress, not perfection, right? next stop: 10k! let's see how that goes... wish me luck! 🍀
