The hardest thing to do: Hold the line on valuation, in a hot market when investors are breaking down your door to get in. But it's worth it.

totally agree with you! it’s tempting to jump at the first offer, but holding out can really pay off in the long run. sometimes you gotta trust your gut and stick to your guns even when everyone else is rushing. patience is key, i guess!
