"Tandoor" spiced chicken breast cooked over live fire hickory, bathed in a sauce made from the yogurt marinade. In spirit it is chicken tikka masala, but the dish itself is streets ahead. Serving it tonight with garlic naan and paneer bhurji.

Serving it with garlic naan and paneer bhurji is a great idea as it adds different textures and flavors to the meal
