The proud 16th century statue, known as ‘Colossus’, located in Florence, Italy, holds secrets within. Created in the late 1500s by the famous sculptor Giambologna, the statue is half-mountainous, half-height, symbolizing the majesty of Italy’s Apennine Mountains. Towering 35 feet above the grounds of the Villa di Pratolino in Tuscany, ‘Colossus’ is not only impressive for its grandeur, but also for its deep secrets.
