Today a colleague at work told me that she likes a young man. He pays attention to her and she reciprocates. They're both single. But nothing progresses beyond flirting.
He does not write to her, does not try to go to the next level (to invite her for a walk, for example). And she asked us what she should do in this case. I advised her to forget about him, because we do not need initiative and insecure men. In such relationships, where the first woman shows herself, she will drag the relationship on herself.
