Hello, everyone. I am having panic attacks due to fear of old age. Now I am 41 years old. I carefully follow my body - eat right, do not drink, do not smoke, follow the regime of the day. I don't get nervous, I don't burp and I don't sunbathe. All of the above leads to wrinkles, cellulite and extra weight that adds age. I am a regular at massage parlors and beautician. Yes, at 41 I look good, I can't say I'm fundamentally younger than my age, but I don't have wrinkles, black eyes, Venus rings, cellulite, saggy belly or breasts... but I'm afraid that day is near. And here I am worried that it's all obsessive, that maybe I've already lost my mind.....
