I don’t even think most will even get approved through CMHC; under TDS & GDS guidelines. In order for qualification they’ll need lots of income to debt service the large mortgage amount. Above all with the costs to the buyer is ridiculous. Won’t ever work.

High debt-to-income ratios are required, making it unfeasible for most buyers.
