I have an Arsenal Membership. Since I live in the States, season tickets don't make sense. 

Each match will have a ballot schedule for on sale dates. If you get drawn, you get whatever seat came up.

Membership also has access to a ticket exchange to ticket holders who can't go, but I've never used that. 

There is a lot hoop jumping using a US IP. Their ticketing system is super suspicious.
