This is an interesting example of part of the Quip Network design: Quantum computers can get a 2x speedup when mining BTC block hashes, so there's a vulnerability where quantum attackers can 26% attack the chain & reorg UTXOs out of a quantum-resistant quip address https://x.com/mononautical/status/1917722355448631746

Similarly in proof of stake networks, there are various committee poisoning & validator griefing attacks that can be executed if you can steal validators' private keys & sign malicious attestations: slashing validator stakes & committing block reorgs within the limits of finality

To combat this, the Quip Network provides $QUIP incentives to miners who reject forks which don't include a post-quantum quip tx in favor of a fork that does This is similar to the Ethereum concept of an uncle block, subtly encouraging soft forks in favor of quantum-resistance
