you mean the bondEth earned on the testnet? Or I need to buy bondEth? If it is the testnet bondEth is it transferrable to the mainnet.

Testnet bondETH is not transferrable to mainnet. It can be minted for free using testnet tokens from the faucet. On mainnet, you will have to deposit ETH to create bondETH.
