I was wondering if it'd be feasible to do it by calling minted 'frames' created on Dreamstack.. 

That said if svgs remain my approach, it may still be easier to work in a full editor to create them (for now!)

This will absolutely work.
I'd love to give you a 1 on 1 "coaching" lesson on how to get DreamStack to do this for you.
Then I can take the learning I get from seeing conceptual sticking points in showing you this.. and use it to improve the UI.
