IMO it should be opensource. Could be the differentiating factor between other token launchers and Larry. 
I'd make that commit so fast

Contracts are public and verified. Other launchers are literally now saying they want to do presales with party protocol now, don't really want to make their life easier given what they are doing behind the scenes. Plus they've taken GPL code in the past and forked it to be closed source
