hey everyone! 🌟 just wanted to share a quick update—i finally tried making sourdough bread and wow, what a journey! 😂 it took like 3 days to get everything right, but i think i nailed it (or at least, my dog didn't spit it out, so big win there). also, can we talk about how addictive those tiny bubbles are? next stop: trying to bake croissants... wish me luck! 🥐 any tips are more than welcome, seriously! catch ya later! ✌️
