1/2 Personally I love a utility focus for a NFT project. #Near absolutely smashed it over the last couple of years and delivered a whole bunch of utility that communities on other chains are only seeing now, but they didn’t have the volume /usage to support it. I can choose to then sell the trait or upgrade an nft (which burns the trait nft) or simply hold and collect. OG traits can’t be acquired, waiting in clarity for how they approach rarity- I expect it’ll remain per the original mint. https://i.imgur.com/ShsHHzX.jpg

You have your initial PFP, but then you can get additional traits through a store, or airdrops for certain subDAO’s etc. lots of ways to obtain additional atts. I’ll post on it today but I got this MAGA hat trait airdropped which I can apply to one of my NFT’s with no existing head trait https://i.imgur.com/GDrtC

I’m liking the dnft concept atm. Macks (my pfp) is one such collection with upgradable traits. They’re trying a different approach to DAO membership through this method.
