what is the best way to get this out of a visual prototype and into a repeatable workflow I can run server side?

I haven't exported much but when I did the last time I was using makereal.tldraw so I just asked it to produce the code. Not sure if you'd need to recreate this in that version or if they have a way to quickly grab the functionality
