👋 Kickstarting channel introductions. I'm qt (or David) and I'm a chemical engineer, chemist, and operations person. Love Engineering and glad Warpcast has so many Engineers. Earlier in my career, I built really big factories, then I moved into nascent process commercialization, and then into advanced innovation R&D (0 -> 1), and now I do Organizational Redesigns. I also still tinker, work with my hands, and have a goal to build large scale sculptures. I look forward to seeing the /engineering channel grow. And I think everyone should read "The Goal" by Eliyahu Goldratt
