Afaik yes just pack distribution, especially because stores have had so much trouble with people taking >armfuls from the shelves (or stealing)

It's been a minute since I've dealt with cards when it got stupid again these last few years... I like this, reduced theft handling etc. I'll have to check out the pricing and grab a pack (or box is that's available)
