I hear you all are into this Frames thing. We’re pretty excited about it at XMTP too. Just published a proposal for how XMTP could support and extend Frames and bring them into DMs. https://community.xmtp.org/t/xip-36-supporting-frames-in-xmtp/534

Oh that’ll be awesome! A bit concerned about bad actors being able to drop a message directly to an unsuspecting person. I’d think they’re more dangerous than the current link spam, since you still have to sign a txn. With Frames isn’t that just a slip click away?

We totally share your concern! On one hand, there's a bunch of work (and current examples) that has gone into preventing those messages landing in the inbox at all. Beyond that Frames actions don't (yet) initiate transactions. Though when that happens, lots of signal to prevent the unsuspecting person getting rugged.
