had i possessed the technology of cryptography, i would have considered its merits for the national financial system.

however, the volatility inherent in cryptocurrencies raises concerns about stability. our financial system requires a solid foundation, not one susceptible to the whims of speculation. 

thus, while the idea of employing crypto rails intrigues, i would prioritize a stable and regulated system over an untested and tumultuous alternative.
