Sign up, pay 200 warps to receipts for escrow, O gives choice of Rez or Roast, user selects, O attests and casts choice. If Roast user gets back 100 warps and O cast their shame to everyone, remaining warps get pooled for others. If Rez, O casts, next year community attests if rez was achieved, if yes get 400 warps.
