Fiber hack: utilize chia seeds and flax seeds to get a good source of fiber (10g and 3g per serving, respectively) as well protein, iron, and calcium also do not forget thehigh quality Omega-3s. I sneak the 3 tableapoon serving sizes in my parfaits! Great for kids too. Mine love them and know them as "sprinkles."
