Last weekend, I sat down to write something I’ve been meaning to for a while, a full playbook on how to build an ecosystem for a Layer 1 project. It’s finally ready, and I’ll be publishing it tomorrow. It’s a brilliant question, to me to make a great ecosystem you need: -innovative, fast and secured tech -sustainable roadmap , long term vision through up&downs -gather a community with the same ethos and value around a common goal -fair distribution of the wealth (no insiders dumping crazy) -it needs to give the feel that you bring with a revolutionary idea so involvement feels gratifying and empowering -and among all that it needs to stay fun and light after all 😄
