VIP rewards are calculated by epoch, with each epoch lasting 2 weeks, and the full unlocking cycle spanning 26 epochs (approximately 1 year).
If you achieve your KPI in the 1st epoch, you receive 26 esINIT, which are unlocked as follows:
In the 2nd epoch, unlock 1/26 (1 esINIT)
In the 3rd epoch, unlock 1/26 (1 esINIT)
…
By the 26th epoch, all 26 esINIT are unlocked

But this is just the beginning! Because you can continue to earn new esINIT each epoch, you accumulate new rewards while unlocking past ones.
