What is the problem with using the WL ICO scheme? Implement 2 phases for the ICO: 1) For WL users: Allocate WL spots to Solayer stakers, as they are the true community supporters. 2) If Solayer stakers don't purchase the entire allocation, open the ICO for everyone. You keep saying you want to support real users and loyal community members. THESE ARE SOLAYER STAKERS!
