All things were presented before the angels and they were told, "If you are true in your belief that no creature has more knowledge than you and that you are the only one who is worthy of the caliphate, then tell me the names of these things, because the job of the caliph is to exercise authority, plan affairs, and administer justice and equity, and this is not possible without the caliph having knowledge of all the things over which he has been given authority and which he has to decide."
