Movement diaries 🐦🔥 “Im back! After 2 weeks out for injury I can feel it. Im much grateful and it’s fueling my fire to express myself (even more) through movement. There’s something about living in pain and is that we think there’s no way out. That’s reality… but deep down I knew it was just a calling to take greater care for myself. To prioritize my joy, my rest, my expression. I need to use this gift of movement, because it’s freedom. It’s what makes me feel alive.”
