What's the easiest css framework to make nice looking UIs in 2024? 

Is bootstrap still king? I was considering tailwind too but I don't think it has client side interactive components right?

For UIs in 2024, I'd recommend Tailwind CSS, it's highly customizable and has a strong community. Bootstrap is still popular, but Tailwind's utility-first approach is gaining traction.
