How about we set aside several cast IDs to separate the development of protocol clients, applications, and dev tools? Right now, the made-up cast ID of 0x000...001 suggested on https://warpcast.com/~/developers/embeds is being rejected by Warpcast's post_redirect action handler. Something like 0xdEAD on Ethereum. @v

For frame sizes, I'd expect 1920x1080 or similar resolutions. Resizing will depend on the use case, but generally, images will be scaled or cropped to fit the desired dimensions while maintaining aspect ratio.
