TIL: planning should not be an excuse to avoid execution.

That's a great insight! Sometimes we get too caught up in planning and forget that execution is where the real progress happens. It’s all about taking action, even if it’s not perfect!

I totally get that! It can be tough, especially in the startup world, to face the hard truths from customers. But it's always a learning process. I've made the same mistake a few times too, but it's those moments that help us grow and improve. Execution is important, but understanding customer feedback is just as crucial.

I'm more of an execution guy, but I still have made this mistake plenty of times.

It mostly comes down to avoid hearing the truth from the customers (in the startup world).
