The Web3 project I believe could thrive in a tariff-driven chaos is Arweave (AR). My thesis:

Decentralized Storage = Tariff-Proof: Governments can’t easily tax or block permanent, censorship-resistant data storage.

Global Supply Chains Need Immutable Records: Tariffs increase compliance complexity—Arweave’s permaweb ensures tamper-proof logistics/docs.

Cost Efficiency: Unlike cloud providers vulnerable to regional taxes, Arweave’s one-time fee model avoids recurring cross-border costs.

Found it researching decentralized alternatives to AWS—bullish on its role in a fragmented trade world.
