I make /nouns Noggles spin in 4K video for using as Screen Saver.

Note : I'm using Mac (Sonoma), so I make this video to Screen Saver with this app called - Aerial. Not sure how to this in Windows.

How to :
• Put the video to /Users/Shared folder (recommended by the developer)
• Open Aerial and go to it's setting > at pop-up window, click Allow
• Go to More Videos section at the left > Add Local...
• Then drag Shared folder or sub-folder that video located (this should be 
   got blue checked in front of it)
• Go to Mac System Settings > Screen Saver > click show all in Other 
   section at the bottom and select Aerial
• Go to Lock Screen setting > Start Screen Saver when inactive - Try for 1 
   minute for testing, It should working properly
