family is fending off the flu so spent the morning baking homemade sourdough (with @greg’s starter!) and cooking avgolemone — greek lemon chicken soup

this soup knocked me out of a 104 fever once and i’ve sworn by it since, even called the greek restaurant to get the recipe

haven't thought that far but i don't plan to stop maintaining it any time soon! giving starter to family and friends has been really fun so far :)
