my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

Point 2 is kinda eh.
But we definitely need an incentive on locking, which will make it effectively staking🤌🏻

And yeah sorry, but distributing the token is not enough for locking my shit up and committing that much🤷🏻‍♂️
