As a channel member: Simply tap on "Notify" from the Moxie Cast action on any cast in the channel. Then pay the required amount to Pin and Notify the cast to all Channel Followers! 💥you must be a member to notify!

It's in the native notifications, as if any moderator pinned the cast to the channel (which will start to notify followers from today's release)
