Last night was awful. For the first time, I think I experienced sleep paralysis or something similar. I woke up multiple times, and at certain moments, I couldn’t move. I had this overwhelming feeling that someone was in my room, even calling my name. When I finally managed to fall asleep, I had a strange dream and then felt like someone was in my room again -  under the bed, even touching my leg, it felt so real 😵‍💫 I have a feeling that I am going crazy..
