Question: What do you think it’s most important in 2025 to sell a product (web2) on social medias? The “frontman” selling it or the product itself?

What I mean is: I fell like the people (at least in Italy) identifies themselves with the creator rather then the product. e.g. I will buy this pair of shorts because I think they’re cool, but mostly because it’s a porduct of that specific influencer

A few years ago, I used to have an online shop that included shoes, accessories, etc. You can definitely separate your customers into a few categories: those looking for good products and high-quality materials, and those looking for trends—the latter being the ones we used to make the most profit from i still beileve only dummies would pick trend/influence over quality.
