This is how yo check the cast which being promoted. Creator pay 50k moxie minimum to promote their or other people cast. While its promoted, the cast cant earn moxie. Each promoted casts have different % boost. People earn moxie when they quote cast the author cast. The more reaction yo get, the more moxie yo could earn with % boost

But as I figured I guess if you earn moxie from the cast that you quote by moxie earn frame, it gives you x times moxie more than usual 
But you must have required amount to be able to receive it and it does have fee

Here are a few clarifications about Moxie Earn, as I noticed some confusion:
1. Just quote casting doesn’t earn you anything. You only earn when your quote cast gets engagement, which activates the multiplier.
2. The Moxie cast action will appear green if it’s earning boosted rewards.
3. Advertisers pay funds upfront, and the boosted rewards stop once those funds are used up.
4. Moxie Earn is advertiser-funded, not by the Moxie protocol. This means Moxie for campaigns comes from earnings or purchases from the market, so it doesn’t necessarily impact Moxie’s price in a negative way.
5. You can promote other people’s casts, but while the campaign runs, the the user won’t earn Moxie from that cast.
6. You can delete/modify the pre-set text
7. This is still day 1 of V1. V2 and on coming very soon. Expect some adjustments/improvements.

Hit the Moxie Cast Action. Go to earn. You'll see opportunities to earn Moxie for yourself, with a boost.

This is one example, but I am not sure you earn if you just quote cast without going through the cast action.

Others can pay Moxie to have people promote their content based on a variety of criteria (Farscore, member of channel, following a certain person, etc)
