This has happened so many times cause they refuse to acknowledge that an ileostomy contributes to dehydration,  this has happened like 5 times they let him go he ends up severely dehydrating because how much water you absorb in the intestines, and gets readmitted for a month,  I told him outright I swear to God it happens this time I'll sue the fuck out of them
