现在主要的目标是提高blobs的数量，这里有： * pectra, 提高blob target从3到6 * fusaka, 加peerdas, 再提高blob target * 2026和2027年继续优化peerdas * 加2D data availability sampling, 再提高blob target 也有提高L1 gas limit的路线图，但是这个更复杂，比如delayed execution, statelessness等等
