I decided to try a bunch of stuff from Blueprint. I've never taken supplements besides creatine but I've always been looking for a clean protein powder and simple protein bars. So far I've tried the bars and signed up for bloodwork to get a baseline. I'm interested to see if there's any effect in 6 months.

i plan on trying out a lot of the blueprint products given their quality + affordability. 

will drop all reviews into this channel once i get them and make it my go-to for any blueprint questions.
