How soon after Dencun on Mainnet is it expected to be available for OP Mainnet? Will we need some kind of upgrade? Or will it be immediate?

Using blobs requires a network upgrade to the op-stack. It’s being worked on as part of the next upgrade https://specs.optimism.io/protocol/superchain-upgrades.html#ecotone
