I realized that I have more willpower than I thought.  Once I got over the initial pain, I felt like I could run forever.  So many things happen in life.  At first, you may find yourself in a situation that will be uncomfortable or even painful, but as soon as you overcome the pain, you will get a second wind - and then nothing can stop you!"
