Can farcaster implement something of this nature @dwr.eth

Instead of signing a tx from a vault with a grail ens, have a randomly generated number of eth that is less than $0.01 that only the acct owner knows. And send that to a verification addr to prove ownership

Aka - from my vault, send .000069420 to farcaster.eth

Very familiar with TAP - the crux of my point is to sign nothing. It's looking to provide an alternative to signatures by sending a negligible amount of eth which requires no new permissions for a vault. Aka use send eth feature that is a very specific amount to verify you are in control of the wallet in question

sign from the ENS manager account. the ENS owner is your vault, the manager is a wallet you use regularly. See Three Address Protocol by Punk 6529.

However, if all I have to do is send a small amount of eth that is very specific to a verification address assigned to my farcaster id - the vault is not signing anything. That changes the usability of importing grail ens into protocols

Not even worth it mfer. Just make a new wallet . It’s a cold storage for a reason. No connections, no permissions, no transactions on the Vault. If so, it’s not a cold storage/vault,, it’s a burner wallet
