The progression was always coins move first, THEN nfts

If you think about last cycle, coins topped in late 2020/2021. Nfts topped in late 2021/2022. Ens topped in late 2022/2023

I think the same cycle delay occurs this time around. Coins top 2025. Nfts top 2026. Ens tops 2026/27

You're probably right that the time delta accelerates due to nfts and ens already passed their price discovery cycle
