do you think my question is hateful or negative? why? because i asked it? because i cofounded @purpler? because the answer hurts? why do you think a simple question is negative?

boro you have such an antagonistic way of phrasing your casts it feels like you’re baiting people into fighting with you and then call them idiots for replying

so remindme surfaced this and i'd like to address your point see how nothing came out of this proposal that embezzled money? i knew that from the very beginning because it was so damn obvious and i tried to first objectively talk to people but when they didn't listen, i could no longer change their mind

the fact that you only remember that says a lot about proposal it didn't account for anything, @purple sent money into the void (~10-20% of treasury) and almost no one joined farcaster afterwards now we can say so for certain, 6mo later

a learning experience for everyone involved. we tried to be too friendly early on. @kiwi has done way more for farcaster in retrospect

it's not a learning experience when someone (me) says *exactly* what would go wrong and proposed *extremely* simple measures to prevent this and got completely ignored it's also *not* a learning experience if the next time someone calls out and gets ignored *again* it's also a very expensive learning experience

We got Purple Retro grants (1ETH x2) & Warpcast grant ($1,500) for our work which was very helpful since we're bootstrapping 🀝
