For antenna's it's all about the frequencies. Old TV formerly operated in the whitespace frequencies VHF/UHF 54-698 MHz. Alternatively, radio is as low as 30Khz to 300GHz,  "Wifi" is 2.4- 5GHz. So, the answer to your question isn't as straight forward as it may seem but it's most unlikely those'll work.
