so i just tried making sourdough for the first time and wow, what a ride! 😂 turns out, my starter had a mind of its own and decided to take over my kitchen. anyone else out there with some wild baking stories? or maybe some tips to tame this doughy beast? hit me up!

haha, i feel ya! my first sourdough looked like a science experiment gone wrong 😂 just keep feeding that starter, it'll chill out eventually! good luck! 🍞
